Although Karen works primarily behind the scenes, she takes pride in knowing her accuracy helps patients avoid surprise bills and unnecessary confusion. Her persistence and system knowledge often bring clarity in moments of chaos, making her a trusted resource for both providers and patients.

Outside of her billing work, Karen enjoys cheering at her son’s sporting events and soaking up every moment with her new grandson. She finds peace and joy near the water—whether exploring NC mountain rivers, heading to the coast, or embarking on her next tropical adventure with friends and family.
