Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and we’re here to make your experience feel safe, supportive, and meaningful. We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs and goals. Our therapists tailor their interventions to help you move forward in life with healing and confident purpose.
From your very first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you can speak openly. We believe that people come from all walks of life – just like us - and we believe that change occurs in a healing and compassionate environment.
Therapy is highly collaborative – our therapists will work with you to understand your goals, challenges, and strengths. Together, you’ll create a plan tailored to your needs in order to achieve your goals for therapy

Therapy is a personalized process, so session frequency, length, and duration are all determined on an individual basis. Typically, at your first therapy sessions, you will work with your therapist to determine the best course of care and session frequency. Once you’ve made your first appointment, we encourage you to reflect on why you are seeking therapy. Bringing these reflections to your first appointment will help your therapist determine the recommended interventions authentic for you.
Change occurs in various speeds: some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term personal growth. Whatever your need may be, we move at a pace that feels right for you. The right pace and length of therapy is the one that helps you achieve balance and peace in your life.
